Sarah's - A townhouse apartment in Georgian Holt

It's a beautiful apartment with a lot of historical character, yet the facilities are thoroughly modern. The decor is really nice and would be appropriate for a boutique hotel. The Kitchen was immaculate and well provisioned with equipment. The sitting room was large and has the most comfortable leather sofas. The bed was so very comfortable, I slept perfectly. Whilst the property is on the high street, there was no noise whatsoever at night. The bathroom was very nice, the shower was powerful and it was easy to achieve the correct temperature. The host is very helpful and communicates with care and attention.

The lack of a bath in the bathroom is my only negative but I have to say the shower is great. There was coffee and tea on hand when I arrived, but I wasn't expecting any so I had already bought some before I arrived.

The apartment is stylish, comfortable and equipped with everything you need. Everything is of high quality so it’s a real treat for a break away. The location is as central as it gets and the shops and cafes are gorgeous in Holt. We ate at the Owl cafe for brunch and enjoyed fish and chips in the sunshine when we arrived on Friday night. Sarah is an exceptional host who offers you support and advice whenever you need it! I accidentally sent a parcel to Sarah’s address and she forwarded it on to my friend immediately incurring cost and impacting on her time. Nothing is too much trouble. She cares about you enjoying your stay and that shines through in the way she manages the apartment.

Parking was on 1 hour only spaces but Sarah recommended free parking a short walk away so that proved easy to park for the weekend near the apartment.

Great location, lovely property, great host. All shops/supermarket on your doorstep, nice bars/cafes/restaurants/take away. Spout Hills is a five minute walk and highly recommended.

Couldn't find an oven glove. The floorboards are lovely, but we did get a few splinters so had to keep our shoes on, slippers recommended.

Central to the town really good location, the flat is cozy, beds amazing,shower really nice.

No tv, to many ornaments that Sarah sells, I always felt I was going to break something, to cluttered for my liking.

Everything!! Great location. The apartment is beautifully decorated. Great kitchen and bathroom. Sarah is in the apartment below and available if needed. The pre arrival information from Sarah was excellent.
