Dom urządzony nowocześnie, gustownie. Dużo miejsca, blisko centrum miasta i plaży. Plusem był ekspres do kawy, klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju oraz osobne łazienki. Czysty basen, leżaki przy basenie. Piękny taras na dachu, ogólnie bardzo dużo miejsca do spędzania czasu większą grupą.

Jest kilka rzeczy, które można by było poprawić. W pokojach nie było szaf na ubrania (tylko w dwóch pokojach były małe komody). W całym domu nie było suszarki do włosów. W łazienkach nie działały wentylatory. W kuchni bardzo mało blatu roboczego. Brakuje jakiegoś zadaszenia, markizy przy basenie i na tarasie, żeby się zakryć od słońca.
