Le bateau n'etait pas inconfortable. Le pont 'soleil' etait agreable. La nourriture etait bonne et meme certaines choses tres bonnes sauf les 3 premers repas. La qualite et le choix ont chhange brusquement quand les groupes italiens sont arrives. Le personnel etait tres gentil. Le bateau etait propre en general si on passe sur la salete autour de la poignee de la fenetre , la moisissure noire autour de la baignoire et la mauvaise odeur de transpiration dans les armoires....

L'arnaque en ce qui concerne la qualite de la prestation vendue et la realite Pas de Wifi free meme dans les parties commumes Cabine bien plus petite max 16-18 m2 en etant tres genereux, au lieu des 25. Localisation du bateau a 4 km du centre de Louxor dans un quartier sous-developpe accessible par un chemin de terre avec un embarcadaire abandomne Meme situation a Assouan : le bateau etait comme a Louxor au dernier embarcadere degueulasse et au moins a 3,5 km du centre et juste a cote d'une 'bonne' bouche d'egout. A part cela : croisiere de luxe 5 etoiles..!!!!!!! Je pense que bookimg devrait verifier les prestations avant de les proposer a ses clients. En ce qui me concerne c'est bien la 1ere fois que je me fais avoir de la sorte avec bookimg. De plus, quand j'ai proteste aupres de l'agent sur place, il m'a dit que si je n' etais pas satisfaite, je pouvais partir.. black mail !!!!!!!! pour aller ou ? L'agent m'avait envoye des photos que j'avas appreciees. Le bateau n'etait pas desagreable mais ne correspondait pas du tout a la description de booking. Surement pas le meme prix !!!

Very well organised, we got private tours in all locations. Everything went very smoothly. The food on board was very good and there was always lots of it.

The photos online are of one boat, but depending on your schedule you may get another boat. We got a different boat called the Amwaj Livingstone, which was not of the same standard as the photos indicated. Whilst the boat was ok, we felt we overpaid.

Utmerket kommunikasjon med mr. Sayed før og under oppholdet. Vi var fire som reiste sammen og hadde privat guide og sjåfør for hvert stoppested, slik at dagene ble mer fleksible og komfortable. Flinke guider på de ulike stedene. Fin båt, men litt slitt, spesielt på soldekket. Vi ble oppgradert til suite uten ekstra kostnad, fikk dermed stort soverom med ekstra rom og balkong. Mye personell på båten som var svært blide og imøtekommende. Matbuffet til frokost, lunsj og middag med rimelig bra utvalg. Alt i alt god verdi for pengene, særlig med tanke på kommunikasjonen med selskapet samt guidene.

Båten vår var ikke den samme som på bildene. «Nefertari» refererer til selskapet og ikke båten, de samarbeider med ulike båter på Nilen. Litt repetitive måltider etter flere dager. Høye priser for alkohol sammenliknet med Kairo, men ikke dyrere enn for tilsvarende produkter på restauranter i området Luxor-Aswan.

We were told in advance, that we would be placed on a particular ship. We had researched that ship and was satisfied with the reviews. We were looking forward to taking our Nile Cruise on that ship. At the last moment, we were told that ship, was no longer available. We were very upset about this. When we researched the substitute ship, that had been allocated to us, it had poor reviews, regarding food and hygiene issues. We refused that ship. Sayed our representative, said that he would find us a good ship, which eventually he did. We were given the ship Le Fayan. We checked the reviews and found that this ship was acceptable to our standards. Le Fayan is a lovely ship, but describing it as luxurious, is misleading. It’s more like a four star ship. The food quality needs attention. They managed to cook chicken well but the beef was often tough and salty. There was limited variety. The buffet hardly changed each day. The desserts were good, but often the pastry was tough. The cabin which we were allocated, was good. It was very comfortable with a large panoramic window. The shower was great, with an overhead shower with a handheld, just what we ask for. The air conditioning was good and the daily housekeeping was satisfactory. The sundeck lounges were comfortable and the overhead shades, to protect you from the sun, were very good. The plunge pool was adequate. They advertised a sundeck jacuzzi, but this was not available to use. Sayed our representative, organised our tours very well. He communicated daily with us and let us know in advance, where we were going and organised a guide and a driver. It was great that it was just the two of us, which was a real bonus. The guides and drivers, he chose were very helpful and knowledgeable. The tours were arranged for an early start, which was good and meant you could rest later. Regarding the facilities on the Le Fayan, waiters were very polite and efficient. Sadly, the Le Fayan lacks atmosphere.

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Nefertari Egypt Cruise! Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. The cruise itself was stunning—elegant, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The food was delicious, with a great variety and quality. The guides were knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole journey even more enriching. We also took an excursion to Abu Simbel, and it was seamlessly arranged, just like the rest of the trip. We didn’t have to worry about a thing—everything was taken care of. Highly recommend this cruise to anyone wanting to explore Egypt in style and comfort. 100% recommended!

Sayad looks after you. Book this cruise with confidence. Cabins are a good size for a cruise boat. The dining room staff are wonderfull the food is superb. Always different choices and we were on it for seven days!

We were most pleased with Sayed, our cruise organizer. He was very friendly and also most efficient. In addition, when we had trouble with a Nesma Airlines cancellation, and also a tour to Abu Simbel that we had arranged before we were in touch with Sayed, he went above and beyond his responsibilities to help us solve the issues. We will definitely recommend him to friends and colleagues.

Mr Sayed was so helpful from beginning to end, he was always answering my questions in a prompt matter and everything that was advertised and described to me, was delivered. The staff members were so amicable and cleaning our rooms every day. The tours were very well organized and me and my partner had a private tour every day. The food was great and varied every day. The activities in the boat kept us busy and entertained every day. Communication of activities were always clear and well explained. This was my first experience in a cruise and it really went beyond my expectations. I really recommend this experience since the value for money its great
