"Overall stay was good"

Good location , near to bus stop and railway station . staff were friendly and helpful . Nearby hotel for breakfast . Zomato delivery is also quick in this location

Bathroom cleaning should be maintained.water was getting hot just for 5 mins , then it would turn cold . It was difficult to take bath .there was a problem with water heater .Also the weather in ooty is very cold , room should include heater . As it will be difficult to sleep in cold room with kids.

should have room heater and clean kitchen facility for kid. it could have been small but should have. then it would be very helpful for the family who have small kid.
