So much space, well stocked with more than enough for our stay. Very clean and welcome gift was a lovely touch.

Overall pleasant stay, suited our needs. Nice spaced house and ideal location for our needs. Plenty to do in the local area. Good little bits available in the house like toilet paper, towels, washing up liquid etc very useful. Good size garden and rooms.

The property is marketed as a double, twin and single. It's actually two twins and a single, one of the twin beds sounds like the slats are going to shatter any moment. We requested a travel cot that was confirmed but then never provided. On first view the house appears clean but the carpets are ingrained with hair. No information on what bin is which. Driveway is sunken and concrete bowing. Steps are uneven and perilous, very scary taking a baby down them, lots of trip hazards. House floor is obviously aged, uneven boards and very loud creaking. Patio furniture is mostly broken, underfoot the garden concrete is also cracked, broken with exposed hardcore in many places.

The bed mattress were uncomfortable, also description mentioned a double bed but all beds were singles

2 of the mattresses need replacing as stated in previous reviews. Carpet in lounge needs renewing

I felt very welcome by the host who had left chocolate and wine for us. There was also tea and coffee provided. The location was good- a short 10 minute drive to the Telford International Centre.

The floorboards and beds were very squeaky and the seal around the bath could do with cleaning and replacing

The location was great, we did a home ed trip to blist hill and ironbridge. Was quiet and a big drive, so no hassel parking. Easy to find and clear instructions. Fast and thorough communication with the owners. This is a budget friendly property all the basics you would expect and some lovely added extras like toiletries, toothpaste, sugar, salt, pepper etc. The rooms are big and airy. The bathsheets were appreciated, hate small bad towels. Smoke alarms work, we cooked some pizzas 😂 Just a note all beds were single, there wasn't a double bed. They left a lovely note, wine and chocolates which was so lovely and welcoming. Has washing machine, dryer, hair dryer etc. Home from Home.

No pizza cutter 😂 knife works!! . Its a little tongue in cheek as the place was well thought out. Just a note, steps to the property, so anyone with mobility issues may struggle. 2 sets of steps, one very steep and a ramp type steps. I am a part time wheelchair user, so just a mention to those it may effect.

Friendly hosts! We've been left some welcome presents on arrival. I like that there are some essentials in the kitchen, like salt, sugar, tea, oil etc. If you forget your own toiletries, all is there too. Very clean with a big garden. Definitely recommended.
