Remote location and on the same side it is close to everything. Discreet owner who will help you with anything. Stable with beautiful horses is in fort of property.

If you don't keep exit door closed, you may have a lot of fly's in house, but I believe this is an issue only seasonal issue and considering that there is sable with horses nearby. Solution is very simple: keep doors closed :)
