Very clean and tidy Good heating for winter

Everything else was really good. The rooms are really well appointed, very thoughtful. Loved having tea, coffee and sugar in cannisters and plenty of milk for hot drinks!! Excellent heating, comfy beds, chocolate on the beds was a nice touch. Close to amenities walking distance to shopping.

Small 2 seater couch not comfy and squeaky to sit on, Had to park the car at the other end of section away from the accommodation, other cars blocking us in No hand towel in bathroom

So well presented, beautiful and clean with a lovely smell throughout. Nicely styled with modern new pieces. Excellent wifi and smart t.v with Netflix etc. Heating in every room plus electric blankets were available too. Even milk/tea/coffee, shampoo/conditioner/hand soaps were provided. Super nice touch with the personal greeting note and wee chocolates. Lovely friendly hosts that made check in easy with a key lock box and messages with arrival info. Everything was thought of even a shoe rack to store shoes so they aren’t crowding the entryway. We have travelled so much this year and I would far rather stay here over a hotel any day. We will definitely be back.

It was a very short stay for us so wasn’t a huge issue but the couch isn’t very ‘comfy’ does the job and hosts obviously need to provide something that is easy to clean etc but it’s not something you can curl up on. All the bedding is lovely fresh and clean with new mattress’s plus protectors and even memory foam pillows but the mattress was very firm a mattress topper would work great to ‘upgrade’ this.
