I'm impressed by this place. I'd love to spend more days there, walk around, sit down by the pool, and relax. The room was new or just renovated in my opinion - it is perfect, especially for a couple. The room offered a big bed, smartTV with Netflix/Youtube access, and a beautiful bathroom with a huge shower space. Prepared breakfast was typical Italian breakfast which was fine, nothing was missing. The host is kind and in our case had no problem with late check-in around 21:00-22:00. I want to go back! The place is so amazing!

"A suite in a yard, it seems a family house! The room for three and four persons is very tiny. But nice design and clean."

The open space is nice.

The breakfast is said is included but there were some bread and sandwiches, cafe and so on as prepared breakfast in the room. We had not a table to eat it!

It's was a good place to stay not far from Venice. The room is ideal for three people. There were four of us, so it was a bit crowded). We are very grateful for the Christmas gifts! Thank you!

The room was not really warm. Heated with air conditioning.
