16FL Waikiki Banyan with Parking, Steps from Beach

We always stay at the Waikiki Banyan and this was our favorite condo yet. It had every amenity we could want and the unit was just beautiful. We'll be back next year and will stay there again.

No comment. It was perfect.

The interior was very nice with a Polynesian flair.

Sometimes the elevators got busy during check-in and check-out periods. Just avoid the elevators at those times.

The condo was nicely decorated and welcoming. The bed was super comfy. Beach chairs and umbrella were a nice bonus. We had no issues with the elevators.

Enjoyed the accommodations. It was well appointed and spacious for our group of three. Check in and check out was simple and communication with the property management team was excellent. We've already booked again for a future trip.

Although we were warned about the elevators being worked on by the property management team, there were days when we waited up to 20 minutes. We just made sure to stay away from the elevators at peak periods (usually from 9:00 am to 10:30 am to avoid long wait times).

Check in and check out was really simple and convenient. Host were very responsive and Kind. Location was also great. walking distance to popular spots. highly recommend this booking.

There is a soft comfortable mattress in the bedroom. Lots of towels for the bathroom. As well as all the necessary utensils in the kitchen.

The chairs in the kitchen are not comfortable. Too big.
