The location and cleanliness

Only one thing the extractor fan in the upstairs bathroom isn't working properly, not sure if you are aware, but doesn't sound good

2 really decent bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and spotlessly clean. Lovely big lounge. All very modern interior and good parking spaces

Needs an extra comfortable chair when occupied by four adults. Could do with more crockery, glasses and cutlery

"Lovely, would come back again"

Location was great, close to the town and transport links. Chester zoo 10 minute drive, beds were comfortable, linen and towels provided were nice. Quiet location with easy access and parking. Property was spacious and ideas for a small group.

The sofa wasn’t very comfortable and felt it would benefit from a coffee table in the living room. It also only had 1 frying pan, so when cooking for 4 we struggled a little. Cleaning could have been a little better; we found empty bottles under the sofa and a few marks and hairs in the bathrooms.

Clean and comfortable with lovely open plan kitchen/ sitting room. Great location for visiting Chester.
