Locatie midden in het dorp met een vrij balkon op zonzijde en goede Wifi

Matige kwaliteit meubels en niet goed werkende zaken in het appartement. Rommelige buitenruimte, defect zonnescherm, stroeve deur en niet afsluitbaar.

Make sure you pick up keys in Lagos before heading to the apartment in Luz. Great spot close to the beach and restaurants. A lovely town.

Property was a bit average in quality of furnishings and fittings and really needs an upgrade. But it was a great spot with a big verandah and sea views. Very good location outweighed the look of the apartment.

The location

Very cold in kitchen, bathroom and living room. Elevator was locked and couldn’t be used. Dated furniture.

Only the terrace was good, as it was a way to get out of the apartment. The view was nice.

The communication: only AFTER booking I was informed I needed to pick up the key elsewhere. When I arrived, they didn't find the booking. 2 hours later, I got a message that I still needed to pick up the key. At 8 am in the morning a message: please get out at 10am latest, but asap if possible. And the T&C: 20 euro for late check-in. 20 euros for leaving garbage. Very unwelcoming feeling. The apartment was old, unhygienic, smelled like chemical cleaning, ... The apartment was really not worth the price, especially if you see that 35 euros (!!!) was for the cleaning of the apartment. At this price, and this service, you would expect at least some basic stuff like some product for dishes, a bottle of water maybe. Lastly, the sofas cushions were in fact old & moldy matresses that we did not allow our kids to sit on.

Localización muy céntrica. Vistas espectaculares al mar. Amplio, con dos habitaciones y zona común. El pueblo es encantador. Merece la pena ir.

Las llaves hay que recogerlas en otro pueblo. La dirección de booking está mal. El ascensor tiene llave, y has de subir tres pisos con las maletas.

The location is very good but 3 floors up &lift has been taken out of operation. Fitted new washer. Still broken awnings hanging loose on balcony. 2 seater settee leg fell off and looks like it came out of a skip
