Place used to be awesome. Now aged and pool area in disrepair. Staff very friendly and very accommodating as much as possible.

Have shuttle service but driver rarely available.

Veryyyyy close to airport, I arrived at 1:30 am , after a 22 hour flight, I had an excellent personal pickup for no extra charge & felt very safe. Front desk are so amazing, answered all my questions, and very knowledgeable and informative

Pool is awesome , with a 50 meter pool etc. , but lounge chairs are made of wood, very uncomfortable with No pads , your not able to move because it weighs a ton, such beautiful surroundings but uncomfortable chairs, no pool service with drinks and chairs

Very helpful staff, nice breakfast everyday, close to airport with a free shuttle. Only 1.5km to Super Centre

Not central in Koror but was ok for us as we had a car and was very close to airport. We wanted to explore the Big Island of Badelbaob so it was ideal for that. Also has a water park so can be noisy at times with the kids enjoying themselves.

Did not have Breakfast due to leaving hotel at 1130 pm for late flight. They gave us voucher towards dinner instead. Dinner surprisingly excellent. Excellent food with great service and good price. The free shuttle and 5 min ride to airport was great. Main reason why we booked the hotel was the proximity to airport, coming off a dive boat. We only stayed at hotel for 12hrs The staff is very friendly and helpful

It is a very dated and very run down hotel. In its prime it must have paradise. But now we felt like we were in a twilight zone. We got there at 10am . Charged us for early check in. Spa non existent, but they gave a us a $5 shuttle to the mall where i had a great massage. The pool area with the slides are totally run down. They do have a 50m pool but we were hesitant to go in. It is located in a jungle area, very green and lush surroundings. You can see the ocean but not walk there. We would not stay there again.

Beautiful location and grounds. Friendly staff. Close to airport with shuttle. Great price.

Overall cleanliness of the property's exterior could've been better. Very moist place leading to musty look and smell, even inside air conditioned rooms. Little tired looking resort, a face lift would make it amazing!
