"Not as what we expected but acceptable"

The hotel is close to the airport.

The room type we booked is not the same but the front desk told us they upgraded us. However, although the room is larger, the view is not facing the sea. In addition, the hot water bottle was broken on the 1st day we arrived. The front desk told us if we changed to the room type we booked, then there was no hot water bottle. Why a resort would provide different amenities to different types of rooms? This did not sound too reasonable. The breakfast was not prepared at the time we told the front desk the night before, which delayed our daily itinerary. It's a pity that the resort could have done better.
