Receptionist was good

Location of the hotel The room looks totally different from what is online The shower wasn't really working The room had no drinking water The room had no towel.

Nothing

The advert is quite misleading unless there is a different riversand hotel. The rooms are nothing like what is in the advert. The room I got was so small, stuffy and not clean. I could not even sleep there, I had to go and look for another alternative and I had already paid for the room.
