Property was tired in places but nothing major

No kettle. Broken fridge. Door handles coming off. Bad mold, and odour. Deafening rain over TV. Bad pillows. Furniture falling apart, covered in parcel tape. We repaired collapsing stool. Not enough communal space. Narrow dangerous staircase. Cleaners left huge laundry bag blocking hallway all week. Rude cleaners still in property after checkin.
