La Casa di Nonno

House is located in small village away from crowds and in ideal place to visit different locations on the island. It offers peace and perfect place to relax after hiking around the island. Big bonus is fireplace where you can make some good food while enjoying the nature.

Beds are a bit noisy but comfortable.

Location, location, location. Very nice place away from mass tourism (although Cres itself is already good in that respect), nice surroundings, good facilities and excellent host (thanks for the wine!)

Mosquito nets for the windows would have enabled us to keep the windows open at night (although the airconditioning helped). Beds were good but creaky.

The house is in a small village with a shop Jadranka and a restaurant. It is a very quiet location. The asphalt road leads to a beautiful pebble beach, but there is no problem to visit the beaches on the other side of the island or in the natural area of Punta Križa, where there are beautiful sandy beaches. At the house there is a terrace covered with vines and a place for barbecue. Communication with the owner before arrival, handing over the keys, solving any query during the accommodation was absolutely professional. The house is very nicely and practically furnished, so we missed absolutely nothing. We would love to return to this place in the future.
