This property is tastefully decorated. Somebody has a great eye for classy, interior design. Every comfort is available here. The kitchen is fully equipped, The bedroom is so comfortable and pretty. The bathroom is high spec. There is a balcony and utility room.

The apartment is on a noisy street , though safe, the traffic is nonstop. If you are a walker you can be in the centre of Palermo in 30 minutes, but be careful, the paths/pavements are dangerously uneven. You are also a minute away from a supermarket.
