Propert manager reset the wifi when we noticed it was slow. Upon resetting it, we tested it to be about 10x faster. We ran out of coffee pods and asked manager where we could buy some, they left them at the door for us which was unexpected.

Luckily it was cool weather (for us). Had it been hot air conditioning would have been needed.
