Apartamento 2 habs VillaVerde 1A

Ninguna cosa que destacar. Todo tenía en el apartamento un nivel bastante inferior al habitual en este tipo de alojamientos.

Limpieza deficiente; ventanas francamente sucias. Baño lleno de desperfectos. Colchones inaceptables por falta de confort. Al pedir factura, no la facilitó, pese a haber insistido en varias ocasiones e incluso a través de Booking.

Good location and spacious apartment, for the price it was acceptable. Kitchen was adequate, nice to have proper oven and big fridge freezer, AC worked great and shower pressure very good. Access was also very simple and all info provided very easily

With a little bit of love, this could be a lovely apartment. No curtains for privacy from street below or apartments opposite, you only have the shutters. The place needs a really good clean in all areas. Sofa not the most comfortable. Shower missing a glass panel so cannot be fully closed (the broken frame and bits of broken were left on balcony!) This, coupled with the showerhead not staying upright, caused water to go everywhere in bathroom

I like that it has 2 separated bedrooms

It seems like that it was not cleared properly for quite a long time, there were dust everywhere, the toilet lid needs to be changed, the mattress need to be changed, you can berely sleep on it, as it is all soft and used. it smells so bad in there, you could not ventilate the apartment it was so bad, we were happy that we so much enjoyed Madrid that literally we’ve only slept there. There were not much of kitchen facitilites (glasess). The corridor in the entrance in building was also all dirty.
