Meadow Mist - Self Catering Unit

The view and facilities were exceptional.

We used the venue as a stop over on our way back from Kruger Park and was towing an offroad caravan, which was a challenge on the gravel road after all the recent rains. Road is fine if you're not towing. I will not tow a normal road caravan on that road because it will get damaged.

Lack of alternative power source but they are in the process to get solar

The property has amazing views, a cosy fireplace and has basic utensils that you’ll need to make your stay comfortable.

We would’ve loved to have a warm blanket (maybe in the wardrobe)

The hosts waited for us at the gate and were very accommodating with regards to recommending places to try out and activities in the area. They were also nice enough to give wood and firelighters to braai which is so wholesome and embodies South African ubuntu. Had a great time thanks Megan and Carel

Great view, location and amenities! The property is secluded and has amazing views and everything we needed was available.
