Cozy apartment in a residential area and safe environment. Train station is 15min walk. Having an individual garage was great as it is not always easy to find a place to park in Italy. Host provided detailed instructions on how to get the keys , entry way, garage.

The apartment was really clean and equipped with the necessary appliances and facilities, as advertised. The space was cosy and comfortable for a couple of people. Apartment location is convenient, walking distance to grocery stores and cafes. The nearest bus stop is barely a 2 mins walking distance, and travelling to the city by bus would only take around 30 mins. Owner is accommodating to requests, easily contactable with prompt responses. The neighbours were also friendly and helpful, they offered to open the gate for us when they saw us struggle with the keys.

Keys were quite hard to retrieve, as the lock box was situated below the letterboxes which were dark and hard to reach. The bundle of keys were also not labeled, so we had to try out the keys one by one for each entrance. Perhaps in future, owner could place the keybox at a more convenient spot, where visitors would not need to kneel down and have someone else point a torchlight to input the key code. A guide can also be provided in terms of which keys belong to which entrance, to ease and hasten access (unfortunately we had to retrieve the keys when it was raining, and we were soaked by the time we were able to enter the apartment).
