It was modern and clean.Towels and bedding were good quality. It was a quiet location with a nice garden view. We were able to sleep with the windows open as it was so quiet. The shower was nice too; lots of hot water.

Our room was in the eaves and so access to one side of the bed was a lttle awkward. Also, while there is the facility to prepare your own food, there is no where to eat it apart from on the bed.

I booked a 2 bed and got one small double so had to book for other party, no hot water at all!!! No response from host about the incorrect room.

Clean, airy, beautiful garden and the location to local amenities was great

Too many messages from the host offering me discount if I book directly. I book via booking.com for security

The location was excellent, easy walk into the city by the river. Good pub nearby, The Boatman, for food and drink if you don’t want to go into the city

Beds were absolutely appalling! Springs had gone and they made a noise every time you turned over. Hard, flat pillows. Shower wasn’t hot. Kitchenette not very well equipped

Reasonable rate.

The kitchen had no cooking heater.

Very secure.

Communication - I messaged a few times regarding check in and didn’t hear back. Had to call the morning of.

It was in a good location less than 10 minutes to Cambridge central. There was a co op at the end of the road

Only problem we had was we wasn’t sure what we had to do upon check out with rubbish ext and couldn’t get hold of the owners.

Fine location

Ii will send photos- we came back on Saturday night after a full day and found the room completely turned upside down- beds tipped up on their sides and sheets strewn on the floor. We didn’t get a Saturday explanation and have not yet received a refund. It felt very hostile to arrive back to such a room.
