Prompt response from property pertaining check in and questions I have.

Broken bidet in one of the toilets. I got myself wet when trying to turn off leaking water. Loud water sound after using the sink. The door of one of the rooms will slam if left on its own.

I've been here a few times so no comments on the location. Its a perfect place near to the hot places

The access card doesn't work well.

Living Hall Aircond got problem and shower head also got problem

The apartment is located at a strategic location, where all attractions were quite nearby.

1) it was a lousy parking space 2) there was no proper water dispenser 3) the door was very hard to open and close 4) the washing machine did not function well 5) one of the hall air conditioner did not function 6) there was no quick food shops nearby P.s : if these are changed and amended, then it will be good stay.

The apartment itself is very comfy

1st of all I couldn't accept the check out time is at 11 am which I notice at 12 noon when they kept on messaging what time we all checking out and they mentioned wanted to charge for late check out as I informed will be out by 12.15 p.m. Me being hotelier a standard check in time is 3 p.m. and check out is 12 noon. Checking out at 11 am, me and my family came for a holiday ofcoz all of us not gonna rush to get up. It will be just nice getting up by after 9am and get our by 12p.m. Another parking is not inconvenient away from the lift.
