Level 10 carpark entrance with access card failed.

Generally clean floors and bathrooms with excellent water pressure, complete cleaning products (for dishes & clothes), extra trash bags, drinking water filter, bright lighting, well serviced air conditioning units, large fridge which was clean inside, sufficient clothes hangers, well lit parking, Netflix & YouTube set up (but no Astro), very helpful host (Amos), easy check-in & out process, easily accessible & central location for food.

Spiral car park to Level 10 (highest level) was very dizzying. Car was parked from about 2:30pm when we checked-in and when we next drove out the next morning at about 7am, we noticed that the tow hook cover was missing from our car’s bumper. For a 10pax unit, there was only a 2-seater sofa (cushions sank when we sat on it) and 6 dining chairs. Found hair on one bed and the knives & scissors were blunt with some food stains. Of the amenities listed, did not notice these - slippers, satellite channels, hand sanitizer. Lastly, the wash basin plug in the common bathroom was faulty.
