Luksuslejlighed på 7 sal med elevator, vestvendt altan og udsigt over havn og by

The location was excellent, it is very close to a metro station and also a large shopping centre. There was also a nice coffee shop a few metres from the apartment. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped with everything that we needed for our 5 night stay. It is on the 7th floor and there was a lift which worked perfectly. It is a very comfortable apartment in a very nice and safe area of Copenhagen. I would definitely stay in this apartment again if returning to the city.

The property is located in a very unique and modern new neighbourhood surrounded by canals and house boats. I have never experienced such a thoughtful housing arrangement implemented on such large scale. I enjoyed everything about our stay. The appartment is not only practical, but very luxuriously and tastefully appointed.

My only tip would be to make car parking arrangements in advance, as that can be complicated for the first-time Copenhagen visitor. Public parking is practically non-existant or quite distant and payed spots are time limited.

Mooi, schoon appartement met schitterend uitzicht in een rustig gebied. Prachtige zonsondergang in de avonduren. Alle faciliteiten aanwezig voor een prima verblijf!

We kwamen in de avond aan en de sleutel lag in een sleutelbox die ophing boven het water op een onverlichte plek. Niet ideaal.

Die Lage direkt am Kanal ist einfach fantastisch, ebenso der Blick vom Balkon mit herrlichem Sonnenuntergang. Mit dem Fahrrad oder der Metro ist die Innenstadt in 15-20 Minuten bequem erreichbar. Wer baden mag, schnappt sich einfach ein Handtuch und springt vor der Haustür zum Abkühlen ins Wasser - herrlich! Auch ist es in der Gegend trotz Stadtnähe überraschend ruhig und alles sehr sauber. Vielfältige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in einerShopping Mall sind ebenfalls in Laufentfernung. Die Wohnung ist toll und sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Bitte nur beachten: Das Wohnzimmer besitzt wie angegeben keine Verdunklungsmöglichkeit, wodurch es im Sommer schon sehr früh taghell ist. Ein zusätzliches Rollo oder Sonnenschutz wäre toll!

Beautiful apartment. Well equipped , clean and comfortable. Beautiful area. Great views from the balcony. Only 20 minutes walk to the local metro which takes you to any of the attractions. Clear communication with the host.
