Ottima struttura vicino alla stazione e al centro, posizione strategica. Appartamento molto comodo e spazioso.

C'è poco da migliorare, tutto ottimo

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. There was no iron, and the kettle was not working. We were not allowed to use the washing machine or the dryer. The electricity kept going out, so it was impossible to heat water properly. There was only one bottle of water in the fridge for 6 people. There were no disposable shampoos or other toiletries, and I don’t even remember if there was any soap. On top of that, we were asked to pay an additional €100 deposit, which was not justified considering the poor conditions and lack of basic amenities. For this price, the service and conditions were far below expectations. I would not recommend this place.

II truly don't know where to begin. Not only is the location TERRIBLE in terms of safety — my family and I had a really BAD FIRST IMPRESSION of Bari because of the area where this apartment is located. But the main problem with this place is the DIRTINESS AND SMELL. It’s not something subtle as I had read in some reviews — IT IS UNBEARABLE. We stayed there for three whole days and found ourselves worried that it could be toxic mold or something harmful to our health. There were also COCKROACHES. The electrical socket shorted out, making us even more concerned about a possible fire at any moment. The A/C doesn’t work (not that we were particularly interested in closing the windows because of the TERRIBLE SMELL anyway). The host was EXTREMELY RUDE and, even though she speaks (or at least understands) English, she preferred to send her son. I have no complaints about his attitude — he was nice — but he doesn’t speak English. IT WAS A REALLY REGRETTABLE EXPERIENCE, and the worst part is that Booking lists this place as a “GENIUS” stay.
