Bear’s Den Hideaway with Hot Tub

The property was well located just minutes away from the entrance to Mount Rainier National Park. It was clean, spacious and very well equipped, especially if you have a larger size group and/or younger members. We really enjoyed the private hot tub that helped us soak away all of our hiking aches and pains! The hosts were also highly responsive and provided us with great feedback in response to our queries. We would not hesitate to stay here again especially if more of our family members were interested in joining us.

If anything, we felt like we weren’t able to fully utilize all the indoor and outdoor space and all the family related amenities offered by the property!

Only slight negative was that the fan while cooking was not great.

The house was spacious, inviting, and well appointed. We enjoyed the hot tub one evening and the excitement of a deer running through the yard while we were in the hot tub.

All was fine. But as a heads up to others, in case it matters, the bedroom with the bunk bed and queen bed is attached to one of the bathrooms (which also has the washing machine and dryer). And to get to/from the bedroom, you have to go through the bathroom. No real big deal, but if you want privacy, you have to coordinate with others for access to that bathroom, bedroom, and washing machine/dryer.

Location was excellent. Very close to Mt Rainier and Ride the Rails There were 2 bathrooms. There were plenty of beds. The hot tub was great for the first night. The house was well equipped. The owners were welcoming and responsive. Thank you!

Love the backyard, it’s good for families with kids. The house is very close to Mt. Rainier and the kitchen is well stocked.

Be careful when you use the microwave because when I tried warming up something, the electricity gave out. When I messaged the owner about it, they said it has been a problem and they don't know where to place the microwave, and advised me to just turn off some lights if I heat something. With some plugs not working, it definitely threw off the comfort of our stay because it was hot in our room and second the bed (close to the living room “master” ) wasn't comfortable to lie on.

Everything was great, well prepared, super hot tub.

The property was so well equipped. They thought of everything that one might need. Very comfortable. The hot tub and fire pit were great!

The lighting was a bit dim. There are no closets in which to hang your clothes. The bathtub off the kitchen could use an anti slip mat. The BBQ grill/grates could use cleaning.
