Convenient location, spacious home, nice appliances, very helpful and respectful host who communicates well!

Lack of special smaller amenities: trash bags, bath cloths, etc. Not very hotel-like, so bring paper towels, sanitizer, and other small comforts if you need.

The house is nice, but needs work. Location put us right at everything we were doing that weekend. The showers were wonderful.

Not one face towel in the house. No iron to iron. That pretty couch that you see was FILTHY. Had all type of stains all over. You can see the dirt grime. We went to Walmart bought a cheap iron, as well as face towels, and a king size flat sheet to cover the couch just to sit on it. In the pictures you can see the red bath rugs. Those were FILTHY. So much lint on them. Had slippers waiting outside the shower to step right into them. Please have that couch cleaned, and the bath rugs. Or just get new ones.

location in relation to Atlanta activities was great.

lots of issues. couch was broken. ice maker was broken. several lights didn’t work. fan was broken and made an awful racket. sheets were all dirty. beds were all very uncomfortable. everything was musty and not up to standards for renting to people. the house has lots of potential, but definitely not rentable as is. needs lots of deep cleaning and updates to living quarters.
