Bien situado, amplio, y limpio. María fue muy amable nos esperó y nos facilitó la entrada antes.

En una de las habitaciones aparece que hay una litera, pero no la han cambiado por una cama nido que no deja nada de espacio para moverse, para abrir la ventana, hay que subirse a la cama. Como no caben bien los colchones, uno de ellos se queda inclinado, haciendo que el descanso no sea bueno. Aunque María se acercó para resolverlo, en cuanto te tumbabas, se inclinaba de nuevo.

Apartamento muy céntrico, muy a mano de todo. Su salón era muy amplio y el baño y dormitorio principal estaban bien, aunque faltaba mantenimiento.

Le faltaba menaje. Fuimos 4 personas y no había de algunos elementos ni 4 unidades. La habitación de los niños, aunque en la foto sale una litera, había una cama nido. Pero la habitación era tan estrecha que casi no se podía ni sacar la segunda. Y además el colchón de la de abajo estaba colocado en la de arriba. Faltaba mantenimiento en cuanto al mobiliario, había puertas de armarios y cajones que necesitaban revisarse. Pasamos mucho calor.

Todo perfecto ,una ubicación perfecta, tienes todos cerca ,el apartamento nuevo y muy bien equipado, muy limpio ,lo recomiendo ,gracias 🥰

Comfortable space, central location and heating/water facilities were on point.

The beddings were subpar and if you really wanted to use the kitchen the lack of proper cookware was real

Large area of mold in the master bedroom, so bad in fact it grew onto our suitcase that was near the wall. This is a health concern and should be remedied before anybody else stays in the apartment. Shower consistently flooding entire bathroom due to drain being clogged (same complaints in previous reviews and nothing has been done to remedy situation). We had to be in the apartment while they sent the cleaning lady to “fix” the plumbing. They wouldn’t send an actual plumber until after our stay, so needless to say we had to deal with the flooding throughout our entire stay. Master bedroom mattress was U-shaped (previously stated in reviews and again, not remedied). It was so uncomfortable that we had to see a chiropractor upon returning home. Second bedroom did not have the bunkbed as advertised. This was one of the reasons we chose this property for our kids and were extremely disappointed when we saw that it was a trundle bed instead. Please take a few minutes to update the photos! There were not enough blankets for all of the beds (two comforters only) and the company refused to provide another one. Due to the fact that the radiators are only on certain times of day, more blankets were a necessity that the management company should have taken care of. Their response time was several hours and never very helpful anyways. The kitchen chairs were new, but they were all wobbly and loose to the point that screws were falling out, but there were no tools to tighten them in the apartment. Overall this was by far our worst experience with any property on booking.com.
