3A The Courtyard - Apartment for Business, Leisure or Relocation

The whole process was very easy. The host was helpful and the apartment had no issues.

The additional space for a work trip was great.

The place was quite difficult to find, and the instructions given were not clear, so I had to ring the team to find out where to go. Also, as a solo female traveller I would not recommend, as the location made me feel quite uneasy. The apartment was fine, but felt like it was in need of a little refresh, with the flooring in particular a little worn. My main issue was the smell, as it is non-smoking but did smell of stale smoke, which I think is from people smoking in the courtyard below.

Location is fab - super central. Clean and tidy apartment. All necessary cooking equipment provided to make self-catering possible (salt, peppers, oil etc all provided which is so helpful!) Excellent pre-stay communication with a really informative welcome pack. Handy central parking included in price.

The sofa bed was not a comfy mattress to sleep on. Very spring-y! Apart from that, everything was great.

Excellent location, clean, well equipped. Parking was easy and as described. Owners were responsive and helpful.

Please add better detail to the parking directions as this can only be accessed from Exe Street.

The apartment was very cosy and in a great location

The only things I would say is that there is a steep staircase that with big heavy luggages it might be difficult. The only other thing is I would recommend booking the parking because it’s not easy to find in the area.
