NZGBGreat location - lots of amazing restaurants and cafes nearby, 15-20 min walk into town. The hosts were really helpful and responsive.
The noise from the road and the people upstairs caused some disturbance during the night. The flat was clean enough, but could do with a deep clean as some bits were dusty. The entrance door on the street was difficult to close. Many times it was left open as others had difficulty closing it - potential security issue.
FRThe situation was good, close to the big car park at Queen Anne terrace, and about 15 minutes walking to the town centre. Plus, a bus stop literally just in front. Not, however, "city centre". It was a pretty little appartment. Confortable bed. Would be fine for several days.
The entrance hall and the steel door is really unpleasant. Funnily, the door intercoms are inside this, so if you had any visitors they couldn't ring you. Not 100% clean, a lot of dust on the picture frames etc. Call me fussy, but I always check. The light on the outside landing was visible through a frosted glass window, so when I woke up at 3 am it felt like daylight....a silly detail easy to fix.
GBIt was clean, and every amenity listed was there to use. 10 mins walk across Parker’s Piece to the centre and 15 mins walk from the station.
The toilet sometimes didn’t cut off running after flushing - solved by either taking cistern lid off and on or by pressing the button again. Bedroom on front of property right over a bus stop with below - quite noisy people until 11.30 at night. Nothing to solve this though. Just be aware.
