It was just the right size and very clean. The house is in a very nice quiet location. They provided beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, and a wagon which was a nice bonus. Public Beach Access was only about 2 blocks away. Plenty of linens are provided. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook with. Very nice back yard with chairs, table, umbrella, and a grill. I absolutely recommend anyone to rent this property and enjoy your time in Lido.

There was nothing we didn't like about the house. There is a tiny little store on St Armands circle that carries a few food items so I would definitely suggest getting an uber into sarasota to go to a bigger store for food items.

"Excellent Experience"

The property has three units--this was our second stay. This time we stayed in the biggest middle unit--it is spacious and perfectly suited for a couple. The price was reasonable. The owner, Janina, is totally helpful and responsive to all questions or needs. The location is incredible--4 minute walk to Lido Beach and pool.

Only problem was TV: we wanted to watch Netfllix and other platforms, but TV lost internet connection in large part to repairs being done to the cables in the community. Janina tried very hard to fix it and finally did fix it.
