"Exceptional"

The apartment is in a fantastic location, just a one-minute walk from Plaza España metro station and close to Gran Vía. It’s also right next to Malasaña, a hip neighborhood full of restaurants, tapas bars, supermarkets, and anything else you might need. The apartment was comfortable, clean, well-equipped, and had excellent air conditioning, a big plus in August. I’d definitely stay here again.

"Great locations and comfortable place for 4 adults"

Loved the space, location and cleanliness of the apartment. Host was excellent.

Neighbors had a barking dog. ☹️ Sofa bed for 2 people in the living room could have been more comfortable but served its purpose.

La ubicación es impecable. A metros de la Gran Via, del metro, del barrio Malasaña. Ideal para moverse. Utensillos de cocina correctos. Muy útil el lavarropas para una estancia más larga.

Si se utiliza el ambiente del living y su sofa cama para dormir, es un espacio muy ruidoso dado que se trata de un 1° piso y la calle tiene mucho movimiento de bares y lugares de comida. En cambio, la habitación está aislada.
