Dream by the sea

Everything is amazing the entire apartment was really luxury and you have everything inside. Everything is super clean and organized. The hosts is really friendly and she help us a lot with some of the recommendations about the city and area in that part of Croatia.

Everything about this apartment is exceptional: location ( close to the beach and the downtown), exceptionally clean, design of the interior, high technology appliances, big patio with very comfortable sitting and great views...

We liked everything

- great friendly host who even gifted me a farewell gift - premium equipments and utensils in the apartment - new apartment - spacious balcony - underground garage parking - close proximity to the beach just walk down the steps across from apartment

- even though we were given two spots to park. The water outlet and hose are located at one of the spots and building management and other tenants often use the hose to water plants and do other stuff meaning they work around your car. So it’s not exactly private parking if people often access your spot to put tools that can potentially damage your car. host should do something about this. - building is new so other tenants are doing renovation etc. nothing much can be done here. - smoking from other tenants just creep into apartment but nothing much can be done - next to a busy road so often annoying motorcycles can be heard in the middle of night if you leave the door open. If doors are closed apartment is quite soundproof

- apartment manager was responsive and very kind and friendly - new and luxurious furnishings - two parking spots in garage to hide the car from the sun - this was our second stay - right next to beach

- building staff sometimes water the plant from above forgetting there are people living below - sometimes people just block the entrance of the garage for either construction or just tourists looking for free parking
