Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Please be advised: A balcony construction project is scheduled to begin on September 3, 2024 at The Colonnades. The project is expected to last through the end of December, possibly extending into January, 2025 depending on weather conditions. This project will involve resurfacing the balcony decks and replacing the railings. During this time, the balconies on the south side of the property will not be accessible. Additionally, the pool and pool deck will be closed for the duration of the project. Please be aware that there will be periods of loud noise, particularly when the balconies are being ground down. A deposit may be required at the property.
