Apartment was very spacious with 3 rooms and big seating area & kitchen. The host sister was trying to help. The apartment is on the 5th floor with NO LIFT. The sister tried to let us use a chair for elderly to transport the big baggage for 5 floors

Was one of my worst stay! The location is very bad in a neighborhood not easy to find. Parking far. NO lift and the apartment was on the 5th floor, we had 2 kids to carry. Host doesn't speak English i think he uses google translator and eft a paper in ITALIAN that we need to pay the city tax which is 15 euros on a table that we didn't understand and started to send us messages about the 15 euros after we left. Told him to charge my credit card via booking but he is unable. Told him he should have left the paper in English or send me via wtsp since he was communicating all day with me. Won't repeat this experience again! bathroom jaccuzi was out of service too. We reached very late at night and they made sure to tell us to check out by 10 am...

The apartment was extremely spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and all the facilities that one would wish for. The host was very friendly and considerate. Although the apartment is on the fifth floor of the building, there is a stairlift- which the host showed us how to use.

The house was like a museum. We couldn't get enough of looking at every part of it. It was clean and tidy. It is very suitable for large families to stay. We went as a family of 3 and felt very comfortable. Also, our host was very helpful. I wish we could stay longer. This will be the only place we will stay next time. thanks for everything.

The apartment was a very good size and in good condition; three double bedrooms and an enormous bathroom. Kitchen & dining area and two lounge/ seating areas. The kids play space and the games were a great touch. Thank you!

-> it's hard to find the apartment because the Google Maps position is not correct. Host was responsive and helped me find the right door. -> Very difficult to reach by car even with the host's ZTL pass. -> the apartment is on the fifth floor of a very narrow stairwell. There is no space anywhere on the ground floor (unless out on the street) for a baby buggy.

Exceptional apartment. All the rooms are large. Three bedrooms, 2 sitting areas, dining room, fully equipped kitchen including a large table, bathtub + separate shower. Old woodwork in beautiful condition.

There are 80 stairs to climb, no need to waste time at the gym.

Really big, plenty of space, really nice old fashion decor. Everything was clean, tidy, and in amazing condition. The host was really patient and accommodating, he left a really nice breakfast that we really enjoyed :)

The apartment exceeded our expectations. Three large bedrooms, an extra pull-out bed, big library, a huge equipped kitchen and an even bigger bathroom. The owners went above and beyond to please their guests, Bravo! The apartment has a traditional spirit, located in the very heart of the old port. I'm only sorry we didn't have more time to spend there. The welcoming basket and the message was something extraordinary and we are coming back for sure. I recommend it!

The stairs to the apartment are a bit strenuous, but it's worth when you open the door it in the end.
