Amazing. Maybe is the best place I have ever stay in my life. A wonderful neoclassical building just a couple minutes away from the center of Parma. The apartment it was super equipped with everything you can imagine. If I'll visit again Parma I'll definitely stay there again!!

A very beautiful airy flat elegantly furnished and had all amenities . Very close to centre and train station. Vanessa was very helpful . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there Highly recommended.

Vanessa's home in Parma is extremely well located, walking distance from both the train station and the historical centre and right opposite to a car park. You'll also be enjoying views to the river from the balcony. The two bedrooms are large, the beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms very well equipped - You'll have a large choice between shampoos, shower gels, and even deodorants, and even make-up removal products. You definitely can just come, and don't worry about anything. We also liked very much how she prepared everything for a great breakfast, and the fridge was full. Overall, great comfort and very well thought.

The only downside is that the Viale Paolo Toschi happens to at times be busy, so you very some noise. It's calm during the night, though so it's fine when sleeping.

Great location. Plenty of space. Near the historic centre. Wonderful facilities. A gem!

Everything! The place is amazing, clean, spaceful, and beautiful. You have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Wifi works well. Located at walking distance from the station.

Very nice and tastefully furnished accommodation and a first class hostess. Thank you Vanessa! Nothing is missing, it is very clean and the high-quality windows and shutters make the street almost inaudible and the apartment stays pleasantly cool. We felt very comfortable and would have liked to have stayed longer. Bologna would also be easy to reach from here. We can only recommend it!

Vanessa provided a great variety of food for breakfast and the table was set beautifully. The apartment was absolutely lovely. The hosts were so friendly and the house was immaculately clean.

We couldnt figure out how to use the air conditioning but in the end it was not necessary.

Spacious, clean, well appointed apartment located within easy walking distance to central Parma. Great grocery store one block away. Large balcony, comfortable beds(firm), and very responsive and pleasant apartment manager. easy parking at public garage less than a block from apartment. Apartment well equipped with coffee and breakfast options (yogurt, juice, milk, cereal, granola bars, cookies, Melba toast…). apartment has several Parma resource information.

Main view from balcony is a busy bus station with lots of activity. Parking offsite ($14/day) though easy/convenient. Apartment flanked by two busy roads but apartment is quiet for the most part. there are so many pros to this accommodations that outweigh the few slight disadvantages-which to many would be inconsequential.

Vanessa remembered my breakfast preferences from the previous stay and made me find anything in line with my desires and beyond. Essentials still were much more than that. When I forgot stuff in the apartment, Vanessa accommodated to allow me to collect it.

I come to Parma for work, sometimes I stay out dinner and I hardly can predict exactly at what time I check in. Having to rely on Vanessa forces my flexibility a bit. On the other hand, she is so pleasant and accommodating that it is more of a psychological thing than and actual problem. Anyway, a self-check in procedure (automatic gate opener and smart box with keys at the entrance) would be preferable.
