Modern 2 bed BroomPark/Central apt. with Parking

The appartment was very clean and comfortable also only 5 mins from bus stop into glasgow city center where you have loads of shops xx i would highly recomend to family and friends staying in glasgow xxxx

Property initually seemed to clean

At first sight, it looked good. The first day, the Wi-Fi wasn't working, so we tried to contact the agent and were told to reset it, but it still didn’t work. We left it as it was since it was Christmas Day. Later, we found that the bed sheets and pillows hadn't been cleaned, and I assumed they had been used by the previous tenants. My boyfriend developed skin rashes after a day of staying, but we later found out that it was chickenpox. The GP told me it was likely spread by unclean bedding and mattresses. We were really unsatisfied with the stay.

Good aspects: free parking on site, top-floor flat, working lift, spacious with 2-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms. Bedrooms were sufficiently comfy with lots of storage. Plenty of toilet rolls were provided and towels just sufficient for the 4 days we were there. The towels were pleasant. The area was nice and transport links were good.

Poor aspects: Cleanliness left a little to be desired, e.g. I had to clean dried blood off the bedroom light switch. The facilities were as advertised but barely. The ensuite shower hose leaked and the shower control knobs were misapplied so it was difficult to manage. The shower enclosure leaked and the doors wouldn't close. The shower in the separate bathroom ran hot and cold. The taps in the kitchen either spurted hot water out of the sink, or if turned down, ran cold. Kitchenware was adequate but only just. The toilet roll holder in the ensuite was broken. There was much evidence of plumbing failures and leaks with quick fixes instead of proper solutions. There were two hair driers, but one had a two-pin plug and no adapter so could not be used.

Excellent Property. Worth spending money.

It was a good apartment

No tea coffee milk. We entered at night and couldn’t even have a cup of tea. Kitchen utensils were not very clean.
