Charming 1BR Next to The Lanes by Sullivan Stays

The property was very clean throughout. There was everything that we could have wanted, provided for us. The location of this property is excellent, close to shops, restaurants and the beach.

The sofa was a little hard to sit on, but comfortable to sleep on as a bed.

It was close to everything that we needed.

There were a couple of issues. Firstly there seemed to be an issue with ants in the apartment. On our last morning we ending up having to go out for breakfast as ants had got into all the food we had left in the kitchen. Even in the cereal and biscuits. Secondly the pull out sofa was very hard.

The layout of the flat, location and proximity from the town centre and seafront. Also found the host communicative and very responsive and got plenty of info ahead of time.

Great location, good sound proofing from the outside.

Sofa was very uncomfortable and back hurt after sleeping on it. Please, please invest in a mattress topper! It would be great if there was shower gel in the bathroom. Shampoo and conditioner would also be a plus.

Amazing space. Beautifully clean. Exactly as described and more. Love the location. The price is really reasonable. It is such a central location. The host is very friendly and quick to respond to questions.

This place is really well done -- all the facilities and comfortable without being fussy -- and the hosts are very well organised. It's also smack bang in the centre but off the noisier streets.

There's only really one problem: although it's now a non-smoking flat, there was clearly a long period of time when it wasn't. This didn't bother me too much but anyone who reacts strongly to that smell should consider avoiding.
