"Good price senstive option for groups near RoC."

The communal areas downstairs are great. Very spacious. The location is convenient - easily walkable to UoR campus. Small commercial strip nearby with a diner, Starbucks, etc. (Walkable, 5 mins.) Good value for money - we stayed here with 5 people. The house was cleaned thoroughly before we came.

The upstairs (bedrooms) in particular could use a bit of a spruce up. Some of the blinds are broken, it's a little spartanic. The rooms are not equally nice. There are 3 nice, spacious rooms, plus two attic rooms which are a little more of a squeeze. The trundle bed room is small. Better for children perhaps than for adults. The kitchen is OK, and everything can be used, but it could use a little tlc too.
