Very clean, comfortable,kind hosts. Good location.

The owner was very welcoming and helpful, and she provided soya milk for our breakfast, as one of us is lactose intolerant. The room was lovely, and there was a complementary small bottle of prosecco. The room had a fridge and a safe. The B&B, which is on an unassuming street not far from the Mestre train station, was clean and modern, and there was a great roof terrace we could use anytime.

The breakfast had packaged pastries. Otherwise it was simple but good, with yogurt and some fresh fruit.

Great location - very near a bus to Venice, comfortable, clean room and welcoming and friendly host.

We arrived a bit earlier and it was no problem to take the room. The owners were very kind, we were invited for prosecco and had a nice conversation with them on the upper terrace that has a nice view. We loved the little details, for instance that you can directly buy a bus ticket from the owners. The private parking in front of the apartment is a nice plus. The bus stop that goes to Venice is 3 minutes away, very convenient. Excellent stay, highly recommended.
