Ottima posizione vicina al centro. Discreta la pulizia

Rumore costante proveniente dalla macchina di un condizionatore posta accanto alla finestra: impossibile dormire anche con la finestra solo socchiusa. La vista sul retro della struttura è pessima, affacciata su una copertura piana rivestita di carta catramata. Arredi vecchi e di scarsa qualità. Rapporto qualità/prezzo decisamente sfavorevole.
