Un saladier dans la cuisine serait un plus La porte de la douche n’est pas étanche donc inondation tout les matins dans la chambre! La propreté du sol a l’arrivée n’était pas top

It was a wonderful stay! The hosts were extremely kind and helpful. They have prepared their own detailed city guides, apartment manuals, as well as a few words about themselves and the story behind how they started hosting. This is incredibly helpful before arrival. As for the apartment itself, it provides all the comforts you could need, starting with a kitchenette, air conditioning, and even a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a jacuzzi on the terrace, which we didn’t use due to the hot weather, but it looked very inviting :) The apartment is located on a quiet side street, with a charming, atmospheric entrance surrounded by greenery. The location is well connected, and it is easy to get almost everywhere using public transport. If we ever visit Malta again, we will definitely stay in this apartment once more :)

Close to the aiport and Valletta, super easy to get around!

We had a lovely stay in the heart of Zebbug. The room was amazing with a comfortable bed and great balcony. The jacuzzi was a pleasant bonus. Check-in and out was super easy. The staff sent friendly reminders and updates through out the stay. We would return again.

- Zimmer war etwas zu klein - Dusche nicht im Bad sondern führt direkt ins Zimmer Am Tage des Abflugs bekamen wir eine Nachricht von der Unterkunft mit einem externen Link um ein Deposit von 100 EUR zu zahlen sowie einen Google-Drive Link zu den Check-in Details. Da wir schon einmal selbst erfahren haben, dass ein Booking.com Account von Betrügern gehackt worden war, war ich sehr vorsichtig und wollte erst nicht zahlen. Das Problem war, dass wir diese Information erst am Tag des Abflugs bekamen und somit unter Zeitdruck auf eine Antwort der Unterkunft warteten (die erst nach Stunden kam) - in der Zwischenzeit hatten wir bei Booking.com angerufen um herauszufinden, ob man dem Zahlungslink trauen kann. Diese versicherten uns, dass ja, und es hat auch gepasst. Nur hätte ich mir gewünscht, diese Art von Information einerseits schon in der Unterkunftsbeschreibung zu haben, damit man weiß, dass so etwas kommt, zum anderen sollte der Link mit der Zahlungsaufforderung schon mehrere Tage vor Reiseantritt geschickt werden, damit man sich in Ruhe darum kümmern kann. Ebenfalls bekamen wir einen Tag vor unserem Abflug die Nachricht, dass wir in Cash eine Umweltgebühr zahlen sollen. Wie viel das wäre, musste ich dann wieder nachfragen. Das ist ja an sich alles ok, aber es hilft, wenn solche Informationen etwas früher geschickt werden, damit man rechtzeitig alles in Ordnung bringen kann.
