Struttura accogliente, pulita e ordinata! Io e la mia famiglia ci siamo trovati benissimo! Consiglio assolutamente di soggiornare lì per una visita a Palermo

Чистота, отзывчивые хозяева. Много полотенец. Были одеяла. Две комнаты просторные и не шумно. Фен, утюг. Рядом супермаркеты и центр недалеко

Один из кондиционеров не работал, на диване спать невозможно( мало места) и в зале очень шумно, так как там широкая дорога машины ездят круглосуточно. Одна из душевых очень маленькая, и плохо льется вода. А так же на кухне нету мойки. Неудобно ходить в прачечную через пол квартиры что бы помыть кружку или фрукты.

perfect, nice big apartment very clean and comfortable. very easy to acces. host and cleaning team are amazing.

dont park your car in front of the apartment, search for a parking garage.

No natural light and didn’t love the location

The property was in a great location and was very nicely updated. Parking our rental car was easy with the large underground parking right across the street. The host was always very responsive and helpful. The bathrooms are large, updated, and very clean. There is also an elevator which is helpful. We would stay again if they change the mattresses. lol

There are two rooms, and we stayed in the first room. Our friends stayed in the second room. The mattress in the first room was not comfortable. There is a large dip in the middle of the mattress that had my wife and I rolling into the middle of the bed during the night. Our friends experienced the same thing in the second bedroom. If they change the mattress, this place is fantastic- 10 out of 10.

The location was awesome in the heart of city with access to historic sights, markets, shopping and tons of restaurants. We loved the vibe in the neighborhood. For some it may have been very busy and chaotic, but we loved it. Gianpiero and Roberto were excellent hosts and immediately addressed some issues we had in the apartment. They were accessible with whatsapp and answered many questions on local things. The apartment was clean and spacious. Streaming TV in living room and bedrooms was awesome so we could all watch what we wanted. If balcony doors are closed, its pretty quiet in apartment.

The street is very noisy(not an issue if balcony doors are closed) and finding parking on street is challenging, but we had access for one car in garage and we managed to park on street as it was closer to apartment. The street was a bit dirty but this is palermo in general. We got used to it and actually enjoyed the bustling culture and options around. No sink in kitchen was a bit odd but not a huge issue. No dishwasher so needed to take dishes/plates in the small laundry room with not much room to dry the dishes. Bed was on the soft side so if you have back issues, this could be a problem. I was ok but this is personal preference. Shower is quiet tiny for such a big bathroom. Overall these are small things for us and the plus points far exceed the small negatives.

Spacious, clean, comfortable, good linens and towels, host was great, beautifully decorated, great location, privacy for a group.

The showers were very small given the size of the washroom and the shower heads need to be replaced. And there could be a sink in the kitchen
