The electric shower cover is not affixed meaning live electrical cabling is contactable in a zone 1 area. This is a lethal fault meaning it is unsafe to use the shower. Having notified you of this, failure to address this issue prior to another guest staying woild invalidate any insurance and make you criminally negligent. You must address this immediately. On other matters, the bathroom extractor fan does not work. On arrival I had access issues, my check-in time was 4pm but I could not access the property following the instructions and the hosts were not contactable on any of the numbers related to the apartment. I sent messages that have still not been responded to.

Road noise, parking spaces extremely tight

Perfect location. Easy to access. Free and easy to park. Good facilities and kitchen equipment. Quiet building. I like the quiet time specified in the welcome information. Thank you.

Stains on the sofa and chair. Dirty cushions that were on the bed. All issues were highlighted via the app's email. No reply yet.

Beds were comfy, apartment was very clean. Towels were lovely and fluffy. Felt very secure. Loads of coat hooks and storage.

Little things. I know the apartment was only for 2 people, but only having 2 forks, 2 spoons, 2 plates meant we didn't have anything to serve takeaway with and then eat without washing up. A tea towel would have been great as ended up having to use a bathroom towel to get hot trays from oven. For such a well equiped kitchen for pans, tray etc. a full set of cutlery doesn't seem to much to ask for. Also the stains on the rug and the arm chair, meant you didn't want to use the chair.

The location was perfect for us to visit my in-laws. It was a simple walk to their home

The bed pillows need replacing, the extractor fan in the bathroom was very noisy and a car was always blocking our parking spot. Additionally the bedroom radiator heater kept providing the message error 3 and blinking.

Clean, had washing machine and near local shops and places to eat

Cute modern apartment, nicely arranged, comfortable, seemed fairly new. Good location, close to food shops, close to airport. Parking at the premises.

The entrance to the building and common staircase is a bit grim, so first impression is rather off-putting but once you get inside the apartment, it’s all good. Kitchen was quite nice and big enough but some of the facilities were rather basic. To the point where it only had 2 plates, 2 cups, 2 spoons, 2 forks etc. You got the idea… They provided indeed instant coffee and tea bags but there were no coffee making facilities, for those who drink real coffee. We managed somehow, being inventive 😀. And there are plenty of coffee shops nearby! One evening/night there was quite a lot of noise from tenants in an adjacent apartment, I guess the walls are not very substantial. But such events are to be expected sometimes, I suppose…
