"Nice apartment, but couldn't get in!"

Apartment is clean, modern and well designed to make the best of limited space. Beds and linen were good, and value for money was excellent
The electronic door lock on apartment was glitchy. Twice we were effectively locked out for up to 30 minutes because the code system wasn't working properly. Each time it took 30 or 40 attempts to get the lock to accept the codes we were sent from the automated system. Only once did the lock work correctly, so we were reluctant to leave the apartment in case we were stuck outside again. We sent at least 20 "help" messages via email and Messages to SCA which were all ignored. There was no telephone number to call. Even 3 days after our trip, we still haven't had a reply to our messages and complaints. It seems like everything is based on automated computer replies, so when we said we were locked out, all we got 5 hours later was an automated message wishing us a pleasant stay. Very frustrating!! To add insult to injury, our messages were routed to the USA so every call for help cost us 65p
