Such a fantastic stay! Elia is a wonderful host — his instructions and tips were clear, helpful, and reassuring from the start. The apartment is bright, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully equipped. It stays cool and cozy when needed, with perfect shading and a relaxed vibe throughout. We stayed for two weeks with our 5-month-old baby and felt completely at ease — the flat is spacious and accessible enough to accommodate even our large Thule stroller, and Elia had a baby cot ready for us. The kitchen is fully equipped, ideal for cooking with all the amazing local ingredients just steps away. The location is great too: the historic fortress is directly across the street, and you’re only minutes from the old center, the main promenade to the sea, and surrounded by bakeries, cafés, and a fantastic Conad City right in the building. It’s a longer stroll to Terrazza Mascagni, but well worth it — especially with all the lovely stops along the way.

Outstandig apartement with more space and facilities than you normally expect. Roof terrace is superb even though you have to bend down a bit to get there. Private parking was a must for us, and this one worked without any trouble. But the best part is the location. Situated just across the water from Livorno’s fortress and close to all the channels with it’s broad spectre of restaurants and vibrant public life.

A very beautiful and unique apartment centrally located by so many things. The host was exceptionally nice and well prepared to greet his guests.
