Central Cozy 3BD-2BATH Apartment

Giorgi was a superb host. He provided us with thorough information about the city and excellent recommendations. Communication was quick and effortless. The apartment was clean and cozy, situated in a good location with a quiet neighborhood. Definitely recommend staying here!

We felt completely at home in this apartment , and as someone with insomnia I was relly amazed at how well I fell asleep. I would recommend this cute apartment to anyone visiting Capital of Georgia. The host George was waiting to greet us, help us with our luggage and provided very nice parking spot for our car. Overall everything was great, we are definitely coming back!

Yavuz let us leave the luggage earlier, we arrived in the morning. He answered any question that we had. The flat is in a good location, close to the center, but not in a noisy part. There is a local bakery near by, some small shops, the mall is 10 minutes walking

Great location and is conveniently located within walking distance from the tram. Everything is spotless and clean. Comfortable bed. I was on the top floor. Hence carrying the luggage wasn't the easiest but I got help from the staff.

I think it’s the best place to stay Fantastic flat, central location, great amenities in the apartment, nice design - everything you need from a location for a city break! great hosts, very responsive to our questions. Definitely will stay there again when I go back to Tbilisi In the future.

One of the best apartments I've been to in Georgia!! Apartment fully equipped with everything you need to stay, Very clean and tastefully decorated, The sunny balcony was great. The host was available at any given moment and answered every question and even discussed recommendations about the area, If I could I would stay there longer🙂

Great location, you can visit the whole old town on foot. Very quiet at night, perfect for sleeping. The host was always available and responded very quickly to messages. I 100% recommend his apartment 👌

Such a responsive and professional host. Check in was effortless. Building is very new and well located . For tourists and shoppers it is located in the heart of everything! The apartment is perfect for couples or groups of travelers. The kitchen dishwasher and all appliances are excellent. I had breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen but The cafe “Republic" at the corner became my second living room.
