"Great Location"

The Quirkiness. Very well equipped. Great location. Enjoyed our break.

Lack.of some where to put clothes . No cupboards or draws. Lived out of a suitcase in the spare bedroom. Few stained items and oven and baking trays greasy and dirty. Cleaning schedules need attention. Related these to owner.

"Lovely central apartment"

This lovely apartment is centrally located in Whitby. Although this means no parking space comes with it, we were always able to get parked nearby. You're right in the middle of everything, but as the flat entrance is situated down a narrow alleyway, we did not find it to be noisy at all. Great kitchen with everything you need. 2 separate bedrooms, with comfy beds & a modern bathroom. Excellent value for money for our week's stay in July. Plenty of pubs, cafes, restaurants & shops. Don't miss out on a walk along Silver Street or Skinner Street, both of which are on your doorstep here.

There are a number of steps up to the apartment from ground level & there are more fairly steep steps up to the bedrooms & bathroom. We have found this to be quite common in similar Whitby properties. We also had a bit of an issue with the key safe not opening properly upon departure from the property, but we were able to get matters resolved relatively quickly with staff from Finest Retreats, through whom we booked the apartment.

"Fantastic apartment in a great location cannot recommend enough we had a fabulous stay"

Location was brilliant. There was everything you would need in the apartment and more. The beds were really comfortable and the towels were a nice size for the larger body. The information and instruction booklet was a really nice touch, it was lovely to read about the history of the house.

We loved everything but if I have to put something then instructions on how to work the TV to get radio and how to play DVDS would be good in the instruction booklet. Also (although it wasn’t an issue for us) people need to be aware of the steps both up to the apartment and inside to the bedrooms and bathroom
