"Great getaway for a couple to enjoy the mountains but close to a town."

"Won’t come to that cabin again."

It was in a good location.

The heat didn’t work in the bedrooms and the floors were freezing. We called but maintenance never came. They then told us the house manager would call, but that never happened either. There was also no hot water in one of the bathrooms. They second day the fireplace stopped working, no one ever came to fix it.

We did not have enough wash cloths and towels for 4 people. Also, needed more kitchen towels. The lounge itself is great. Very nice and big back porch with a great sauna. The trees make you feel you are far out in the county, but you are close to local activities. The lodge was very clean.

There is nothing we do not like about the property

The Luna Lodge was very clean and had EVERYTHING we needed! We will definitely be staying with this company again! The property management was also very quick to respond and so nice! 10/10 stay!

We stayed in a cabin which for us is better than a hotel since we travel with elderly parents. The convenience and location were great.

The lamp by my mother's bed didn't have a bulb in it. The living room fan quit running and we could not get it back on. On of the bar stools had loose arm handles. We ran out of tissue in one of the bathrooms on Sunday with another day to go.
